Mark Maloney is a Caribbean business leader with over 25 years of experience across construction, real estate, and manufacturing. He founded Rock Hard Cement with a clear purpose: to break the regional dependence on a single cement supplier, bring genuine competition to the market, and prove that higher quality and lower prices can coexist.
Today, Rock Hard operates across multiple territories, backed by a network of experienced local distributors who understand their markets and their communities deeply.
